Goal: Support the FBI’s Investigative Data Warehouse (IDW)
Application: Provide operations and maintenance, user support and product development for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Investigative Data Warehouse (IDW). The IDW is a repository of the FBI’s intelligence and investigative information and is a critical component of its efforts to collect, manage and utilize information within the Bureau and numerous intelligence and law enforcement entities.
FTI’s Approach:
- Ensure that the IDW is maintained in a steady state, with minimal loss of service or performance degradation;
- Optimize data relevance and assist users with complex and sophisticated queries;
- Use agile development methodology to ensure IDW remains in excellent working condition;
- Provide full program management support to the project to ensure well-coordinated system operations.
